The global organisation of the project is presented below:

Inception phase

The inception phase is designed to clarify the concepts and prepare for the data collection. Important aspects to consider before the project proceeds with the data collection are for example:

  • What are accessible Public Transport (PT) services?
  • Who are disabled people?
Data collection phase

To provide an inventory of the legal framework of the EU and of each of the 25 countries of the EU, the 4 applicant countries and the 2 EFTA countries on these matters.

Recommendation phase

Make a synthesis of WP1-3, identify actions and design recommendations.
